Policies


New World Case, Inc. strives to offer you quality products at reasonable pricing and to make your purchasing process simple and hassle free. The following Basic Procedures are in place to allow us to provide you with a professional service while building good business and customer relationships.

Ordering Info:
Our wide variety of products is available to order either by phone, or via any of our web sites online. Some products are considered “custom” and will be priced per your specifications, and are not available to order online. Please call or email us to get a free estimate or place orders for these items. You can fill out the forms on either “Request a Quote” or “Contact Us” as well.

All orders must be submitted to us in writing via either email or fax. Verbal orders will not be processed until New World Case, Inc. receives a Purchase Order, written confirmation, a submitted form, or a signed quote. We offer discounts for Quantity orders, please call us to place quantity orders.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Repeat customers can set up a billing cycle after the first order has been completed. Accounts are processed at the time of  order, or upon shipment.

Order Online: Please follow the simple instructions below:

  • • Select your desired product, quantity, color, size, etc from the menus
  • • Click “Add to Cart”. View Cart to see all your selections, or make any changes or deletions.
  • • To Complete your order Click “Check Out”. You will need to determine your shipment method and time frame. Expedited shipping will be charged accordingly. Some products may include free shipping, and some items will require you to contact us for a shipping estimate. Shipping fees are estimated, and are subject to fluctuation. Out of state customers do not have to pay sales tax. Massachsetts customers must pay the mandatory 6.25% state sales tax, or provide an tax exempt ID number to New World Case, Inc.
  • • Payment Method: You will be prompted to supply your billing account information to complete your order. All information is secure and protected. Upon completion you will receive an email order confirmation and confirmation number. Remember: Nothing is final until you submit your order.

 

Shipping Info:

Billing accounts are charged prior to shipment. Shipping will either be estimated at the time of checkout, or quoted to you separately if the order is oversized, heavy, needs to ship via freight, or if you have a quantity order.

You can opt to have New World Case, Inc. ship your product to you on our account, and we will bill you with for that amount plus a small handling fee. You can also choose to have us ship your order to you on your own shipping account. We are happy to offer Ground delivery, 3 day, 2 day, 2 day priority, and Overnight or Next Day shipment options. All orders will ship out via UPS Ground delivery unless otherwise requested. Please call toll free (888) 883-0107 to request specific shipment options or estimates. Please note that shipping quotes are estimates, whether they are calculated online, or in person, and are subject to change due to daily fluctuating fuel surcharges and costs.

Returns & Exchanges:

All our products carry warranties against manufacturer’s defects. Some products include a 1 year or lifetime warranty. To return or exchange an item, please call our main office at (888) 883-0107 to talk with a member of our team and get a Return Authorization Number to ship your item back to us.

  • • A 25% Restocking Fee will be assessed to all returned non-defective products.
  • • Products must be returned in like-new condition and in the original packaging.
  • • Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within the first 21 days from receipt of your order.
  • • Shipping charges from the original sale will not be credited. Return shipment fees for non-defective products are the responsibility of the customer.
  • • Exchanges will incur additional shipment fees for the new product.
  • • Custom products are not returnable. All custom built displays, cases, or printed graphics will require & include a sign-off by the customer for New World Case to begin construction or printing. Proofs, drawings, and specifications will be provided to the customer for approval.  The Sign-off is the customer’s permission and agreement to purchase the item from New World Case. If you are unsatisfied with your product, New World Case will do everything we can to fix, alter, or revise it to your needs. This will incur additional charges which will be estimated and discussed.

 

Repairs:

Sometimes products get damaged or break through normal use and shipment. We will work with you and do our best to fix or repair any products we sell or build, as required. Please call our main office at (888) 883-0107 to discuss having your damaged product repaired. You will need to get a Return Authorization Number from us to send the item in to the appropriate production department for repairs. Do not send a product in to New World Case, Inc. without calling us first. The main office address may not be the correct address for repairs. All repair costs, labor, and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and can be estimated for you.

Some products can be fixed easily without sending the entire item back in to us. If repair parts are available we will be happy to ship them to you with instructions.  Some items offer warranties that may cover your damages. Please call us to find out what your item includes.

Damages that have occurred during shipment due to improper handling must be taken up with the carrier. We can send you an estimate for the repairs, if needed, so you can submit your claim with your shipper.
