IMPORTANT!   Flexibility is important.
The image must be flexible enough to retract easily into the cannister.  Laminating both sides with a polyester material is not recommended.  Using 10mil polyester or polycarbonate laminate can make the image too rigid to retract.

Display Unit Case Dimensions:  4" x 34"
Recommended Ink Jet Media:  Reverse print on 12 mil Raxam polycarbonate w/ 3 mil white sign vinyl backer.  (example product:  Rexam or Lexjet polycarbonate)

Shipping Weight: 12 lbs.

Magicpak/Expand banner systems will accomodate a variety of rollable media.  Contact Magicpak or your authorized dealer if you are not sure which materials will function properly.
Do not laiminate both sides with a 5mil Polyester or Polycarbonate material because the graphic will be too rigid to retract properly.  Laminating with Polycarbonates thicker than 5mil can also cause malfunction in the roller mechanism.
Trimming Tip: Use 1/8" or 1/4" clear plexiglass as a cutting guide template to insure a sqauare cut.  Cut plexiglass to 33.5" x 89".
The graphic must be cut square or binding will result and prevent proper retraction.

We can customize the height of the bannerstand if needed.
