All photoshop files or other
pixel based digital files must be supplied at a resultion of a minimum 100 dpi and maximum
150 dpi at the finished (printed) size of the graphic being produced.
When submitting CD's:
Don not send original artwork. Send copies. We will not return submitted CD's
unless accompanied by a stamped, self addressed mailer.
A special word about artwork for logos:
We do not accept logos taken from word processing software (Microsoft Word, Word Perfect),
presentation software (Microsoft Powerpoint, Adobe Presentation) and Web sites.
A special word about color matching:
When color matching is important, we need simething to match the color to. Send
along a hard copy proof or alert us to specific pms colors to match.
Also, when sending Photoshop files, if a color match is important, the file must be in
layers. We cannot match to specific colors in a flattened Photoshop file. |

| Application
requirements |

The preferred application for
vector art and page layouts of Magicpak/Expand is Adobe Illustrator. The preferred
application for pixel art or photos is Adobe Photoshop. Graphic files supplied in
other applications may need to be converted or rebuilt at an extra cost. This
includes Freehand, QuarkXpress, CorelDraw, and InDesign. Please ask for a
quote. We do not accept files in Pagemaker or PowerPoint.
Regarding Fonts: Please outline or convert
to paths whenever possible. When it is not possible to do so, don't forget to
include the fonts (suitcase and printer) with your disk submission.
For output from your disk, please have document built to 100% of actual size.
Outline (or convert to paths) all fonts. Placed files can be tiff, jpeg, photoshop,
or eps files and must be RBG. |

Magicpak/Expand image
dimensions are not the same as the Banner Stand. Your document setup should
be 34.5" x 89". The actual image area should be 34.5" x
81". This will allow for a .5" bleed on the sides and 2" bleed at the
bottom of the image (the final viewing image once trimmed and placed into the
Magicpak/Expand will be 33.5" x 79"). The remaining white space at the
bottom of the image is what is fed into the cannister. |
