To check out, click
"Check Out Now" and then click whether your order will be shipped to
Massachusetts. Orders shipped to Massachusetts will be charged 5% sales tax.
To continue, click "Order by Credit Card On-line." You will need to enter
your credit card information, e-mail address, and shipping and billing address. You
will receive confirmation by e-mail that your order was submitted correctly, along with a
confirmation number to be used should you need to contact us about your purchase. REMEMBER:

Shipping Methods: UPS Ground
Charges are calculated on-line. For Next Day, 2nd Day, or any other shipping method,
please call (888) 883-0107 for availability and costs. All shipping costs
calculated on-line are estimated.
Quantity discounts are available. Call (888) 883-0107 for
details.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All non-US
orders must be custom quoted. Email Part #'s and quantities for a quote.
RETURNS:
Equipment may not be returned for warranty or credit
without our authorization number clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping carton.
Authorization numbers are available from the main office. Any returned
equipment which is to be credited against your account must be returned in like new
condition. Returns of stock items will not be accepted after 21 days after receiving
your product. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective returns to be
credited to your account. Custom made displays are non-returnable. Freight
collect returns will not be accepted. You must call for an RA# or credit will not be given on any returns.
When making an exchange, please note that shipping charges will be added to the new product.
Free UPS Orders: On all free UPS orders UPS ground will be free. However, on exchanges, the shipping will be charged. Free UPS Ground is only on the initial order.
